Oct 13, 2023 路 It seems like its meant to be a weird wavy effect, like all the surfaces are wobbling. It looks like each scan line is printing a frame of the screen that's slightly offset left or right. It only appears on the terrain, not the UI or NPC Player Characters. Edit: it does appear on PC / NPC 's, its just harder to see.
